You also might want to think about upgrading your operating system, if you havent already considered it for yoru new build to Windows 7, 64 Bit. This will help unleash some of the power of your hardware better. I have Windows 7 on my laptop and it plays CSS with all settings on High =] I love it. I...

Wouldn't Microsoft Office Access do the job you want?

You can create a table storing information on the companies and use the report feature to make nice reports for you

Simple solution if thats the kind of thing you need

@ Bullet: I'm not saying its server 1's fault at all, I seem to be able to play Server 2 without any problems only because my system is OUT-DATED as you should know I cant really do much about it at the moment. On top of that I am working on getting a complete new system! Any hows, I'm not in a rush...
