I just use IEs build in one and also Google task bar. Don't kill all pup ups but does a fair job.

Just do a scan on your PC to make sure you havent got a trojan too ;)

Could it be spyware/malware lego?
I got hit with this one last year
Spyware guard 2008 link
Kept giving spyware found messages and virus scan messages.
Was missed by adaware , spybot , avg and a few others but malwarebytes picked it up

Search for it in your system registry. Looks like you're gonna have to delete it manually. Dont just accept the first response from the search - keep searchin until it doesn't find any other files / keys with the name in it.

Delete each one when it is found.

for searching registry i use this

http://www.macecraft.com/

use it at work and home, absolutely awesome. cleans out all ya old crap, helps get rid of software that doesnt have uninstaller.

and for what u need it for, searching your registry, every last bit of it to find any hidden key from BS malware etc.

as for spyware scans i see that u used a few but you didnt say you used malwarebytes like slarti suggested and thats a good one! gets a lot of things others dont. soz if ya have used it!
