First of all, why a new mobo? If its going to be new, its likely that it wont quite fit the case sockets for the rear etc.
Simplest way is buy another identical laptop on ebay, that has a slightly higher cpu and ram spec. IE sometimes there sold with damaged screens without harddrives etc but are the identical model, just faster.
Ive done that 4 times for colleagues and its worked out quite well, mainly on Toshibas. Use your one for spares or swap the componets about. You can swap the components, but try not to buy a cpu that will run hotter than what the cooling is designed for. Otherwise the heatshields wont protect the other components and it will eventually kill your board.
Get a proper set of mini screwdrivers and do it all on a flat surface, like a table to lay it all out on.
