It's just like every single windows upgrade.
Requires a faster computer, with larger hard drive, and breaks everything for the first few months, because MS can't pull it's finger out of it's butt, and make things work.
Oh, and it nicked most of it's looks (as always) from MAC, and Linux (which, by the way, runs a heck of a lot faster, gets more and better updates that work, and doesn't cost as much).
