I have read some of the reviews on those.

Does it remain at the same noise level under load or does it stay the same regardless?

As far as I can tell, yes. Problem is, the CPU fan starts howling like a lonely wolf under load (it's the fan that came with the AMD CPU). Gonna replace it soon an then we'll see ....

I've just replaced the stock AMD cooler with a quiet one. As far as I can tell, the PSU stays pretty quiet even under load.
