Need some help with a computer format.

So my computer have become slower and slower by the days and now im gonna format it. But I need some help, a while back it broke and I gave it to a guy I know, he fixed it and replaced the graphic card, motherboard, sound card and all that stuff, but I dont know what he replaced it with. I want to know what hardware I got so I can download the right drivers. Anyone knows a program that can help?..
