BF4 + Premium ordered today

BF4 Standard ordered as Origin download, ordered through amazon.co.uk £30.99 (== Euro 36.76). It's £44.99 on Origin.

BF4 Premium ordered as download directly from origin.com £39.99 (== Euro 47.43)

The only reason I saw to order Premium now instead of later is the queue-jumping from Day 1. I expect the premium is ok value for all 5 expansion packs anyway, but they won't appear for a while. Personally I couldn't give a rats ass for the "Exclusive personalization options, including camos, paints, emblems, dog tags and more".

BF 3 (yes, 3) Premium gives access to the BF4 beta so there isn't any reason to get BF4 "Digital Deluxe" (£54.99) assuming you're going to get BF4 Premium.

If you're eligible for the BF4 Beta (you have BF3 Premium or have ordered BF4 Digital Deluxe):

If you launch Origin now and go into "MY GAMES" you should see a shaded out "BATTLEFIELD 4" game and if you hover your mouse over the top-right orange/white triangle it'll say "Preload Sept 29 18:00, Available Oct 1 09:00"

Good thing we're all Premium members then!

FYI BF4 Beta is Windows x64 ONLY (i.e. 64-bit Operating System, not 32-bit). If you need to confirm, click Start, right-click Computer, and click Properties.

Actual game due end Oct is 32/64 bit.

Anybody think it's worth buying CD Keys? or are there problems associated with this kind of thing?

£54 for the bundle?

The online reviews for simplycdkeys.com all look good, so maybe you're onto a winner. Never used them myself though. It's a safe bet you'll be licenced for BF4 in Kazakhstan or Equador or somewhere and may need to install a language pack or something.

My BF4 Beta now "Installation complete", so waiting for Oct 1st release of beta. Download crapped out with error at 98% (it's about 6GB) but info screen had a 'restart download' button which completed the download ok.

I found Premium available from Greenmangaming at £35 and GameStop have it at £34.97. With Bf4 at £30, total means £65 for both. I can't believe I am paying that much for a game, but better than the £95.00 originally expected.

GameStop: http://www.gamestop.co.uk/PC/Games/4543 ... atform%3D6

Greenmangaming: http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/gb/en/p ... escription

Thanks to Bamz for the heads up on the Amazon download of the full title at £30!

Pre-load for UK starts tomorrow approx 25 gigs , game unlocks on Friday.

Should be able to activate it through VPN tomorrow though.
