Me and my friends have been buying games from this website - https://www.g2a.com/
You get them as steam gifts and they are alot cheaper then in the steam store, you buy them from other players. There is a shitload of diffrent stuff u can buy, not only for steam.
You guys should have a look, they have a lot of intressting stuff. I've bought 2 games so far I've gotten them both, I chose something called G2A shield the last time, it cost 1 Euro, but if you dont get the game you get a refund, which is good when you buy something expensive, but in my opinion a waste of money if you buy something for a couple of euros.

I dont know anything about that, I got my games atleast The games are sent through steam as gifts, I dont know how they would ever know if they were sold or not
I bought Guns of Icarus online and Terratech, I've played them both and they still seem to work fine
